Buildings are charging over 1k for studio apartments in which repeated elevator outages require persona with mobility issues to walk up 6+ flights of stairs. They offer no alternate forms of entry and you will be locked out of the building if the power goes out. Landlords need to be held accountable to ALL of their tenants, even those with disabilities.
