The services, the safety, and the overall quality of living in my building is not up to the standard of rent I pay. I have contacted Mac Properties about the doors and how they don’t lock, which provides a safety issue. Strangers coming in the building. Mac is aware. We need rent control and tenant protections because Mac needs to be able to adequately provide tenants what they promised in their leases. A girl downstairs had her car broken into in the paid parking lot that is supposed to be secure. There are no cameras and she had no resolution. They ended up evicting her. We need good cause eviction in place as well.
