I think rent should be controlled because a lot of us are college students and families. Mac properties should not raise the rent because our salaries are not increasing and the conditions are not improving. There needs to be limits to any yearly rent increases, preferably though no rent increases until tenant moves out, then can bring back up a certain percent.
