Landlords who get FannieMae loans are getting all this funding from the government, but we're obviously all low income here at Bedford Manor, there's no sense in squeezing blood from a stone. They shouldn't just be able to raise our rent, there should be rules that limit the rent increases.

They should have to do repairs if they get government loans. We're human, we deserve rights and to have a decent place just like a rich person does. The maintenance people here took my fire extinguisher and ripped out my smoke detectors a couple months ago, and we don't have any kind of secondary exit if there was to be a fire.
