Landlords getting FannieMae loans need limits on rent hikes.
They also need rules requiring them to do repairs.
Retaliation is a huge problem and I'm a renter submitting this anonymously to protect myself. We need rules banning retaliation against renters who speak up for ourselves and our communities.
