    Landlords should have limits on how much they can raise the rent. The rent at my complex goes up by $100 each year. It's too much.

    Also landlords 100% need enforceable rules that they have to make repairs because sometimes it takes a bit for them to get the repairs.

    There also needs to be a rule that they cant retaliate if we speak up!
