Nevada like many other states need tenant protections and rent stabilization, the rent is too damn high and rent increases are at the highest! I have had my own experience with housing. When living with my Wife we faced many different issues in our apartment. When we started to move in the property changed landlords and when we moved in they didn't clean anything. When I complained to them they said that it was fine. That's when my wife had to go in and clean it herself. The property manager and landlord didn't care about how the complex was held. I hate that we have to give them money and there able to raise our rent without any of it coming back to our apartment complex we need tenant protection and we need you to stop giving money to these landlords that don't care about their properties many of the folks who live right now are not living there surviving!!
