36 years ago when I moved from Puerto Rico I moved here, in those multiple decades our building has gone threw multiple managements. I love my home my landlord allows me to treat it like my home not just a apartment and in return I maintain my yard and home to the best of my ability. I believe that ever deserves safe,an well maintain homes. We should have protections in place for renters.
