I lived in a Fhfa backed property for the past 6 yrs when I first moved here things were great and we had a good property management. During the pandemic our building deteriorated and has never been the same. They need to get it out but what would they do with the 30 families that call our building home. Rent is way to high so moving is impossible with renters ask for 3x the rent in income, good credit score, just seems unattainable. We need tenant protections, it's getting crazy.
