I have been a tenant in a fhfa backed property for the last 3 years, it has been a nightmare from the beginning. Quickly my bathroom started leaking and has been a constant issue cause my bathroom to be full of mold. We have mice it's pointless to call management and it's so sad the conditions they have me living in. We definitely need tenant protections and rent control rent prices are way to high for me to even think about moving.
