Finding affordable and accessible housing in Florida is becoming increasingly difficult. Over a third of my income goes toward paying rent each month, making it harder and harder to plan for the future. Each year, rent has increased without just cause; we need rent stabilization. Just this year, my landlord provided us with just under 30 days with a non renewal notice, making it harder for us to find reasonable accommodations in an already unstable rental environment.
