"I am not a renter yet I live in an urban neighborhood where many of my neighbors rent. I have some young neighbors in their 30s who are now parents for the first time. The rent has been increased each year since the pandemic, and now the property owner has refused to renew the lease because
they complained a door rated only for interior use was installed as an exterior door. Renters deserve protection from greedy landlords. Please support and enforce standards. Thanks "
