I can't believe that in 2023 you all are still letting landlords doing whatever they want based on good faith., it is completely unregulated! That has never worked, incase you need a history lesson. Can you not see that the rise of homelesness is directly tied to rent increases? That's why I think the agency needs to regulate rent now! The world is ending, make the bold moves now and please do something about this.
