It is not fair to me the Renter for there not to be any rent stabilization here in Florida. I am on a fixed income and my rent from $535 to $813 when they know that is incorrect when I have a Section 8 Voucher and there is no one there to have your back or support you when they are dead wrong. Retaliation is another scare tactic, it’s unfair. zi am 71 years old, get $1334!monthky and they just took my rent from $535 to $913.
