    Homelessness is a DIRECT RESULT of two things - HIGH RENTS and LOW AVAILABILITY OF HOUSING, irrespective of mental health issues, drug issues, or ANYTHING ELSE.

    Private equity companies and hedge funds have BOUGHT UP RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE at every economic downturn, and the are HIGHLY RESPONSIBLE for the shortage of AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

    Renters need someone to GO TO BAT FOR THEM!
