How does this impact hud's section 8 program?
Whereas the phenomenon of landlords doing the same thing with subsidized housing, they take the section 8 program they don't fix anything if you complain about needing something fixed then they threaten eviction or will try. Even being dragged through Court is expensive for the tenant who didn't do anything wrong except want something fixed. How are you from this standpoint of this agency and this effort how is that going to impact what happens with section 8 in public housing? If it might.
