    I would like to see HUD require active landlord incentive programs, including training, funding, and supervision to ensure that local governments are implementing best practices to ensure that the greatest possible number of landlords are actively involved in the voucher program. Too many people have been approved for a voucher but are still waiting for a place to live, and once again, winter is coming. Thank you.
