I'd just like to request that you consider small landlords in your rule making. We provide a diversity of housing types and situations In our area (Portland, OR) those enacting tenant protections have not tried to construct rules that were workable for small landlords. We work hard to provide decent housing and be considerate, fair, and compassionate. It will be a loss if small landlords are driven out.
