If corporate landlords are making use of federal funding to increase their profits, they need to abide by basic protections of tenants and responsibilities as landlords.
There should be a ratio or some regulation of lobbying money spent vs profit margin. They spent billions in lobbying that could have given rent relief without impacting a penny of shareholder profits. This should be taken into account.
