    In 2022, rent at the Juliana raised 40% (to over $3600 for a one bedroom) this required my partner and I to work more hours and to cut back on groceries.
    Furthermore, we discovered that Hoboken, NJ had laws that prevent rent stabilization until 2038. That is unconscionable.
