I am uplifted to hear that tenant protections including regulations on rent hikes and evictions, housing safety requirements, bans on discrimination, and more, are being discussed and decided upon for government backed loans to landlords. These strings will go a long way to balancing things between renters and landlords who really need to be held to account.
