    I am a senior and due to Oakland , Ca , extreme rent control mixed with doubling of labor and parts for repair has forced me to use my teacher’s retirement savings to keep afloat .
    Just Cause has forced me to retain a senior who is a danger to herself and other tenant.
    I am attempting to move to senior housing but am not even able to sell property due to laws !
    We, ma/pa owners cannot take any more and must not be held responsible for lack of affordable housing
