    I look at rent like a person that has a mtg. If there mtg went up 300 dollars a month could they afford it.. no they would lose their house and foreclose and our economy would be affected… So why are renters not protected from having to move and never being able to live within their means all because greedy landlord want to sell the building or reap the benefits from people that have no property and have to rent. Pure corruption.. someone need to protect consumers!!
