I'm a 51 year old mom. My husband is 67 . We have a 11 year old daughter. They rent keeps increasing and we can't seem to keep up. My Hoagland is 67 and retired. We need some rental control and more subsidized housing in order for ppl to survive these days. Please make affordable housing for ppl that can't afford the high range and increase
