    I am a tenant in Seattle and I'm forced to get another job to just keep up with rent. Please find a way to enforce safety regulations (my bike was stolen out of our locked garage that HAD cameras, but there's 'no footage'. They don't care about us); Also a cap for rent hikes would do a lot to help us keep homelessness down. Those who are homeless now are not lazy or anything - they're our coworkers who are getting priced out of living shelter. Rising costs will only exacerbate our homeless problem!
