    If it weren't for HUD and their different programs, I wouldn't be able to afford rent anywhere. I'm so grateful for it. There should be laws in place for rental caps so that seniors & disabled are able Tobe housed with affordable rents and not have to worry about facing eviction due to inability to pay rent
