    I'm a mother of 4 and the government needs to require rent cap or a law for rent a rent cap ever year my rent has gone up since the pandemic it's gone up 200$ ALMOST ever year and my husband and are both low income making it pay check to pay check and the rent is another thing we always have to worry about almost making a law for renters rights would be amazing!!
