    I feel we should have a rent cap, because everyone year my landlord increases my rent by $100. They don't ask if have made more money, does not repair ac, repair the carpet. Our a/c went out and we had to be displaces to a hotel for three days. My partner is the sole provider and I always leave to find make more money, they raise our rent. They raise it for no raise because it is in Nevada,we have no renters right. We don't want to be homeless with our young children.
