Rent is far to high, land lord want 3 times the rent of 1,500 and perfect credit to qualify. Landlords do not want section 8, and when repairs need to happen they won't do it. To ask a landlord to fix the house you rent from they wont and then it leaves you in Fear of being kicked out with no where to move. Homelessness is every where with no shelters for our children. The greed in this country will be the demise!!
