Good cause, banning source of income discrimination, enforcing and expand existing protections against discrimination, requiring safe and accessible housing conditions, requiring fair and standardized leases, and ensuring tenants have the right to organize should all be rights already afforded to tenants and by enacting/ enforcing these you can help radically improve the lives of millions of americans.
