The rent is too high! Housing is such a major and growing expense for so many people around the country, and renters need protection to ensure that they can continue to access safe and stable housing. Especially with the explosion of the unhoused people during the pandemic, we need to do everything we can to keep folks housed. Thanks for passing comprehensive renter protections!
