Please implement rent control for all the renters who are under the lease control of the greedy venture capitalist who use federal loans to boost their own profits via the lending institutions. If unmitigated greed for rental units is not checked, the homeless population just continues to grow. Rent control is a tool to prevent homelessness. Use it.
