I have lived in this apartment for 9 years now. I was on Social Security when I moved in here and I still am my rent has gone up more than $500 in the past 9 years even though my social security has not. There is not enough income based department for all of us in rent continue to go up. I am 70 years old in disabled. How am I supposed to be able to keep affording my rent
