On the subject matter of increasing rents for low-income population, or even middle income population. Greedy Developers only care about their own profits and could care less if elderly and sick people are put on the street as long as they are making their profit . I encourage and in fact insist that these high-priced rentals be stabilized so that people will not be stressing about where they're going to live, if they're going to have a place to live. If you have never been homeless then you have no idea what it's like. So perhaps you would like to go down to the homeless areas in your vicinity and see what it's like to live on the street see how you would like that. So I implore the powers that be who regulate these things to consider the impact that high rent causes for struggling individuals.
