I live in a ten unit complex run by Rural Development, for low income and handicapped. Our complex is scheduled to be sold in 2025 and we have no idea whether the new owner will keep the complex as low income, or turn it into condos, or just ratchet up the rent. We are all wondering if there are any stipulations imposed on the new owner(s).
