There should absolutely be regulations on landlords. They simply have too much power. Tenants deserve basic protections to ensure their safety and the protection of a basic human right: shelter. A basic human need is already privatized and deemed a place for profit, the least that could be done is too put some restrictions on greedy and unfair landlords. Thank you.
