Envolve Communities, LLC owns and operates 128 income- and rent-restricted properties with 12,115 units throughout the southeastern United States, plus Texas and Virginia. Nearly all of our owned units have been renovated through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, while a little less than half of those units are also encumbered by a Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) Contract. In addition to our owned assets, the company's managed services arm manages 200 properties with 15,133 units in a similar geographic area, plus the Mountain West and the Midwest. The managed properties include LIHTC and conventional market-rate units
