I've lived here for 2 years. The rent is constantly fluctuating I can't continue to afford this rent if it keeps changing. I feel behind on my rent and have been paying extra every month to cover the difference, I have spoken with management and they still filed an eviction on me. That doesn't make any sense, we had an agreement. I had to deal with a domestic violence situation and management made me cover the cost of changing the locks, even though I think when it comes to domestic violence situations they aren't supposed to charge us a maintenance fee. There is mold in bathroom and they don't care to fix anything here. Dealing with instability of fees and rent increases has been so stressful.
