My toilet overflowed a couple years ago, they never fixed the water damage to the floor now it's soft. My rent has increase twice over the last 2 years, they never told me it was increasing they just said I owed more money. I have never gotten a new lease agreement. That doesn't make any sense to me.
The building and my unit are pretty good and I think that everyone should have safe affordable housing and I agree that rent control for FHFA backed mortgages is important
