    I am a renter and although I am lucky enough to have my parents help me out, my rent is so high and was raised another $100/month for next year. I have no recourse and the building is falling apart. We need rent control on a federal level so rent prices cannot continue to skyrocket and displace people out of cities where they have grown up.
