Renters need protections from unreasonable rent hikes and to have their concerns addressed about the conditions of the property they rent. It’s unconscionable that wealthy companies can buy up these properties not only in the US, but around the globe and rig the housing crisis in their favor. Please consider policies that will help working people and not put more money into the pockets of billionaires. Thank you.
