    We the people need protection from landlords and private equity. We can’t survive when landlords are exponentially increasing the cost of rent just because they can. I’m a single dad and am one more rent increase of $200 a month and I won’t be able to afford a room for my son. What the give has allowed landlords and private equity firms to do to its citizens is beyond unconscionable. I act rent control and reform laws now. Housing is a human right.
