Hey I am a single mother with 2 kids working check to check and it would be great to set rents with a rent caps it will help out with tenants who has hard time paying rents and with rents rising at its height and now its time we have to set rent caps it would help out a lot and tenants wouldn't have to take on 3 or more jobs they would be able to enjoy theirs house in stead of working so many jobs.
