When giving federal loans to predatory investment groups. Please have publish their outlandish rent increases. Very little maintenance service. No emergency services for after hours emergencies. Limited management facilities and removal of emergencies shelters for when a heavy storm. Basically untrained management services and severely limited availability to park residence.
