    I am a single young female who lives on my own and I have no one to fall back on. Rent is the absolute biggest problem in my life. I have no choice but to be on my own and it's is crazy to pay for a 1 bedroom in a SAFE area is over half my income. I make decent money and have nothing to show for it and cannot even afford to progress or save in life. There needs to be restrictions on property owners. Not to mention outrageous application fees to find a place wheb we all know it doesn't cost that much per individual to run credit. I feel like the world is just out to get me because I'm young, female, single, and all alone. I believe rent should be limited ton1.5 time the consumer price index. There should always be probable cause to evict someone, and home owners who rent properties should have more rules and restrictions to protect renters.
