    I posted a letter in the file section. The cost to maintain a turn over rental property is expensive with inflation etc....a water heater that was $600.00 installed is now an average of $2,200.00 installed. Painting labor of a unit was $600.00 now the same unit is over $2,000.00. Landlords need to be able to charge what we want when first renting a property because we understand the cost involved to operate a property. The more regulations there are, the more it's driving the cost up and we will sell all of our properties if we can't get people out that are not paying rent and or destroying our properties. The process went from a couple weeks to now a couple of months. The loss of 2 months rent is devastating to a small company.
