    I’m currently a tenant and their needs to be protections for tenants against these predatory landlord policies and practices. They should be denied loans if there are multiple complaints with other city agencies regarding their properties. They should be completely banned from accessing governmental assistance if they have multiple violations under the law concerning their properties.
