I am 32 years old, and have struggled to find housing my entire adult life. I pay half of my income to rent, and always have. My house I rent was sold out from under us here in Ann Arbor to a Boston private equity guy. My friends that live in this town have had their rents raised several hundred dollars this year alone. We are desperate and need regulatory actions by the government immediately.
