Seniors need greater protection from landlord abuse of evictions and threats to their well-being. I live in a HUD subsidized building with generally responsible owners. But they evicted a tenant who led a movement to advocate for a Service Provider Coordinator in the building. Tenants must be provided with education on their rights and how to protect them.
