I live in a federally backed property. We need better assistance over here. There's too much violence and vandalism and we are responsible and have to pay for it when it's not our fault.
If we got rent regulation it would help me out. My last landlord came in and stole 9 pairs of clothes and jewelry and got nothing in return. If I'm one day late on my rent I get stickers on my door and be following up for eviction. We pay too much money for that.
